- This is a natural product made from un-spun wool. It has been hand processed to make it as durable as possible.
- This is a woollen product, so pilling may occur – this is not a default and it can be removed by pulling it gently by hand or by carefully shaving it off.
- All Chunky Knit Bed Runners are custom made, hence no returns are possible.
- Dispatch can take up to 3 weeks, especially during Christmas holidays. This depends on the what colours are in stock. If your order is for a custom made colour (yes we can arrange that! ) then dispatch may take up to three weeks. But we do try to get all order out as soon as possible!
